Lol there's some player help system now, you can ask questions to everyone by using the question mark symbol at top right corner. I doubt anyone will turn it on though, since it's gonna be spammed hugely i'm afraid.

no npc and no mobs being like this for the last 1hr or so
got to wait for a gm to restart the sever, so in other words going to be waiting for a very long time
