Probably in the database but not in game, or maybe just GM usable who knows, but I doubt u will see anyone using these in regular game. Or, archer will be one hitting lvl 80+ warriors...300AP w/350% dmg...

they are in beta, just very hard to gather all items needed to attempt to make, would take lots of time
