Ok. This was my personal experience. You need to have a paypal created with any email you want, BUT you gotta put your real name, real adress and real phone number. Happened to me I lied in those thingys. Whenever you buy from Shattered (even tho the page looks like SHIT its good service) they will call you within 5-15 mins to your house's phone (no cellphone I think). They will ask you where you live, your name and your adress. If you answer anything wrong she'll tell you the right answer but she'll ask you for known places in your town.

Once the call is finished, you should recieve an email with the code.
The call thingy is just for new customers and only for the first time they buy sth.

Happened to me I lied in the adresses and shit I got screwed up, so gotta make a new real paypal thingy with all real info :S

you can just choose "pay with creditcard if you dont have paypal"
than you choose pay with creditcard you dont have to register paypal..

You can get a KESN code from internet cafes worth the amount you request. Then once you have the code its easy to get cypher ring, might be difficult to find an internet cafe which supplies KESN. I guess it depends on how advanced your country is.
