2k hp scroll

hi im an ardreamer and since i was in need of scroll i bought a 2k hp scroll. Before i bought it i looked closely and it says 55+ so i bought it without any concern when i come in ardream area i cannot use this scroll anyone have an idea why ?

it says that you can sell it from lvl 55+ (above) if i'm not wrong ?

Ive Told u many times that is for 60+... maybe its a visual bug or dunno . they are wrong
