    Default 60-69 skills/quests Do they work?

    Ok I was thinking of going rlb now, after ardream, but what i wanted to know is - do all the quests/master skills work? i have no idea what i get from60-69 but do all the important skill quests work for those levels? like magic shield and whatever else there is.

    correct me if im wrong but there are no skill quest for 60-69 u just need the scroll and the scroll u can buy from people but when u get to lvl 70 u need to do quest and those are bugged
