what is incresing my atack power on fire mage is it atack power or staff flame damage or both?
what should i pick for adream scorching+8 or hell blood +8?

Both are increasing your dmg,i`d say go for the cheaper one because it`s not such big difference...

it will hit harder with staff, but not with nova. Everything (elemental, staff AP, MP, bonus MP) incresing DMG of mage but in a bit different ways.
