Quick question I have always had and never known. (Played for 4 Years BTW and still don't know)

You need 3x ROC+0 to make ROC+1 so....

Do you need 3x ROC+1 to make ROC+2 or ROC+1 and 2x ROC+0 to make ROC +2?
