Ascent Scrolls-USKO

I have started to xp again, but I have been gone for a long time. I was curious where you get the Ascent scrolls? I see them in merchant and grab them but I have no idea where you can get them. They seem like a Pus item (says can be traded after 48 hrs) but I dont see them in pus store, are they like an event item? Any help is appreciated.

they came from gms a while back to all the prem members bc the servers became unplayable. but they were not tradable back then so they have been in storage til now bc they can be traded now

Ascent scrolls were great for exp and when I bought them, they were expensive but they are totally worth for the hardcore expers.
