BDW ap power max cap?

Hello,
I just noticed that when in BDW, my ap is alot lower in BDW than normal, is there some type of maxium cap that is placed on items/accessories for BDW?

HP, mana and attack power is balanced for each class (they tried to balanced the stats for less-geared players and they fvcked up again), however DEFF, weapon deff and rezists stay the same. Im sure you noticed, mages slow and stun much more then usually, they increased stun and slow rates too. Thats the reason why it is much better to use quest shells (gives rezists) instead of +8/+9 armors because AP is almost the same.

oh damn that sucks.... thanks for the info. so are fire mages limited in anyway? might have to consider playing a mage now
