BDW levels

Hey I've got a quick question about the different bdw's

I haven't been around for quite a long time and i was wondering what the diff bdw stages are.

i know back in times it was >60 and 60-69

than you were able to participate after hitting 70 so i think it was like

>39
40-49
50-58
59-65
and so on...

since you cannot enter a lower bdw after passing the max lvl once, even after delvling, I was wondering if somebody could tell me what the actual max lvls are.
i'd like to know if the max49 is still right....somebody told me its now 47....

Just one correction, the last BDW is for lvls 73-78, not 72-78.

first one cant be right...im 45 and there was a guy who told me hes 46 in my bdw party....so its either 47 or 49 :S

first one is wrong. i have a lvl49 noob paper archer....+8dex stuff and ib+7....i get like 50+% of all kills i 2-3 hit most of the ppls....they cant be higher lvl than me....-->49 is max
