Some questions about usko itself

Well, I havent played usko for like a year (maybe even 1-2 years).
And i was thinking about making a character in the new server.
Some questions about usko:
Is there still that many koxp? (Since a while ago there was arrow shower hack everywhere, cz/border def war/ardream etc)
Rogues still have a cooldown of minor heal?

I haven't seen that many koxpers around lately, but wasn't long time ago they were all over the place.
And yes I believe that Minor Heal still has a cooldown

Well i play Ionia there are many koxpers atm, most spots in eslant are full of koxpers , and ardream well now now that much koxpers , ronark you'll find a couple archers hacking
