Some one knows if +6 Hell Blood is shining or not?

Imho not. you need +7 and more.. (maybe i am wrong but what i know only hb shining at +6) (and was trying scorching etc and theese staffs didnt shining)

normal uniques (dropping from bosses) shines at 1+ and up,
ft uniques ( chest drops) shines from 6+ and up
and all the others (gems/frags/cursed) shines from 7+ and up

and since hell blood drops from fragments, you will then need to make it 7+ for it to glow
