Can i buy premium with master card?

I can't do paypal and click&buy accunt, my creadit card number is fail.

i used my card on paypal and click&buy,but my card not active. And the big problem i dont remember my old accunt pass. its sux. I cant use it in new accunt.

I dont know why dont active my card.I never used my accunt, but my accunt left and over.... :S

Im from Hungary and its online master card form my OTP Bank. .....
