char dlvled, can i get to ronark base

so i have an acc that i havent used in a while and yesterday i logged on to it and my rogue who was lvl 72 is now dlvled to 55. thank god i had my items sealed so atleast they stayed. i know i cant play ardream with i because it has MQ done, so i tried to get into ronark land base and aparently i cant get there either because i completed lvl 70 quest. so my question is: is there any way for me to get into ronark base, by reskilling or something like that?
Its very important because i dont have gold prem to unseal my items and 2 other slots on my acc are taken by a mage and a warrior on which i cant use my gear.
