Lets say I level up my character to lvl 70 without doing the level 60 quest , if i get the dagger from eslant or any item the requires higher level than 59 and then I delevel my character to 59 . Is that illegal ?

You can delevel all you want, but at that point you cannot goto RLB OR DCZ.

Once you hit 60 and the game gives you those stat points, even if you dont use them and you delevel , you still wont be able to enter rlb/dcz.
you can go back to ardream and rlb as long as you don't master and restat
that used to be the case at least...
I can confirm this.. I once had a char 60+ it was delvled to Ardream and I was able to tp after reskill/restat but you cannot open your master..
This goes with lvl 70/72/75 skills.. you cannot delvl and go back to RLB
Also, I personally did not try that quest weapon option.. I'm sure if you do it,you won't be able to tp back to those zones.. give it a try lol
The thing is if an item says need lvl 70 or smth you can just never remove it , and yes you can delevel and when u restat reskill you will be able to enter ardream as long as you don't do the master quest. I am not asking if it works , I am asking if it is illegal/bannable.
a recent patch (maybe 3 or 4 months ago) on the usko servers was made that addressed this, basically they nerfed your attack if you don't restat after delevelling and try to enter these zones etc
here are the release notes from that patch:
- Characters with a difference between level and Stat points will have less attack power and Health Renewal.
That being said;
The character level and stat points will be reduced compared to the following differences in the attack power of the characters and their recovery / health values.
6-16 Stat: 10 %
17-26 Stat: 20 %
27-50 Stat: 50 %
As an example, a character that drops from 80 to 70 will have 50% less damage and 50% less health renewal if it does not reset stat points.
