i would say most you would need gear is. but remember usually when you get the best gear you end up getting bored in like a week and end up spending more time buying and sell gear then pking :P.

dual we +2 - 72gb
dual roc +2 - 180gb
IN - 45gb
IB - 20gb
chaos wirn +7 - 90gb?
set krowaz +7 - 75gb?

minimum - with +0 old earings rings, iron set, +7 krowaz, and +7 chaos would be 200gb roughly.
412gb total. but you might need other stuff. id say 450gb

I don't know for a warrior, but I'm pretty sure one of my buddies still has 3 pieces of chitins 7 on his rogue. He has a Windforce +8 but rest is pretty much basic gear like old WSE old elf belt and such. He still does pretty good, I'm not gonna lie :P

And gear is always second when it comes to PK. Skills is good if you're with a party.
