Cypher Ring issue

We've tried to put 1 item on the right corner, but it didnt work to put the char in the Cypher Ring. So we decided to delete the Personal+7 and now im not able to restore or buy it back.

Anyone has an idea what to do?

i'm not sure, but if i recall correctly you should be able to repurchase sold/destroyed items at Grand merchant kaishan (Reskill/stat NPC). but i'm not sure if that works with personal weapons, also i have no clue if that will work after u CR your character. If it doesn't work then i do believe there's nothing you can do to restore it. i've never tried it myself, so wish you luck

sold a priest yday, b4 seal it i broke the personal shield, the guy who bought it went to Kaishan and bought it back, if i'm not wrong you have 3 days to do it.
