What are the certificate of victory used for? I made a noob buffer and she keeps getting them from bdw.

She's 61, not mastered.

get a certain amount of them and you get a lvl 62 master skill scroll for them


since youre priest youll get judgment scroll for i think 7 of them

or u turn them in for the npc buffs

Enchanter is disabled atm so the only thing you can do with the certificates right now is to make a master scroll, or simply delete them from your inventory.
