Iron Neck broken????

i just got a iron neck and it dosnt change anything ! i tryed it out in the arena my friend hit the same damage with the iron neck as he did with the AOS +3(amulet of str +3 which gives only 4 defence )


is it supposed to be like this??

yes it does make a difference, mostly by the weapon defences..
but you should know, damaged does vary, u never hitt the same 2 times in a row, lets say u spike for 1k damage in average, but it may vary from 800-1200 on the same person.
and i think it varies for an archer the most, where it can be from 500-1000 or even more.

+ if it is a mage ur fighting, ac and weapon defences doesnt help u at all, only the flame/lightning/ice ressistances do

what level is your friend?
how hard does he hit?

the harder he hits, the more noticable the difference...

if hes hitting you for 400-500 without an IN on...you wont see much of difference...but it is there...

What people don't understand is that these huge items don't make HUGE differences. They all make small differences that add up to HUGE differences. Having just an Iron Neck isn't going to change much. Now throw a Skele Belt and Iron Neck you get more production.

ask your friend to dual weapons, you will see more variance
