There should be a list of the locations here on ko4life, look it up in search. And for the pictures, your best bet is probably to log old school ko and do the pictures yourself (they use piana&breth I think),

the guide on ko4life is really good. i understand it gets hard with the co-ords and stuff, but not too hard. they are pretty obvious when you see them
