hey, i have just created a new char, and i cant remember for the life of me wat i need for the quest uniques...
do you do the same quest twice to get the two earrings and rings or what?

Nope each quest item comes by difrent quest and certain lvl/%

Quests are located- El Morad near master Sky.Doda Camp. Asga Village and one ring should be in Tyon Land

Ring - Tyon Farm (Tyon)
Earring & Belt - Asga/Laiba (Machirodous, Blood Don)
Earring & Pendant - Doda/Raon (Sheriff, Garuna)
