    Linus or Cali said once that to be GM you gotta be polite, live in California and be able to work 8hrs a day :P

    I don't believe they work for 8 hours a day either. But if you live in Cali, you never played knight online before, got some computer skills, you can apply then on their website. I've seen before they were hiring gms. But was a while ago..
