buju is the best of these 3.

Buju has great AP, though not so much ele damage (80 poison)
Whilst HB9 has 155 flame damage and a nice bonus to your int. What might give you just that extra hit in vses to kill your opponent.
HB9 is more sexy in my opinion so I'd go for that.

buju is better ap wise to, its on +8 on 112 AP.
the elemental damg won't make up for it
