How to Make a CR

as my theme ... I wish I know the way to use a CR
i hope a guide

EUKO or USKO ?

well in EUKO:

- no quest
- all quest items (rings/earrings/belt/pendant, quest shells) can be seled with char
- char can be in clan
- you cant seal ANY hight clas item (uniqs/wepons/even personal)
- you cant seal any bind item (old fr/old pe/old skele)
- only thing you need to seal is secret 8 code
- no cash on char
- empty magic bag

USKO

- you need to prove that you are owner of the acc with 2x ESEN code that you used in the past - if you wrote it wrong few times it will be blocked for 24h and you can try agian with 2 diffrent codes used in the past (click and buy codes do not work)
- secret 8 numbers code
- no cash on char
- no quest open
- no ANY item on char
- one item can be seled in right bottom corner of inventory (any item, dosent matter personal or hp potion)
- char can be in clan
- empty magic bag
