I never found a better way to make money than to buy up all the +7 (Not +1 REV) items of a certain weapon and then jack up the price 10M each and resell them all in one merch.

For example,

Raptor +7's going for 140M (I find 15 of them in moradon and buy all 15)

I jack up price of Raptor +7 to 150M (Busy server can sell all in one day and I make 150M profit)

It works with +6 items as well if you don't have quite the budget. People will overpay for +6 all day when they are rich.
