I'm not sure about the other classes (only play a rogue), but since FF the items for the stamp of dexterity have changed. Below are the new requirements to unlock a rogue's level 75 skill.

Rogue level 75 skill:

1) 1 stamp of dexterity-
1 Lupus pendant
1 Lobo pendant
1 silver bar (10mil)

2) 3 magic powders-
30 crystals
30 opals
30 saphires

3) 10 mil coin

I finally made the quest :
Nostrum of Wisdom burn only 1 Tail of Lesath but you must have 5 with you ( it's a bug ) , after pressed "Before Compensation" you have the nostrum and remaining 4 tail of lesath .

75lvl skill is only for Healer or Debuffer right ?
