Any one checked GamersFirst support lately there is new support i had problome on cwest so i sent ticket since 1/12/2011 thy said that i will get answer in max 10 daysnow have been 19 days left and i didn't get anything i feel that i send the ticket wrong but i already had got email on my msn but with no verfy link so i please need to know How i can send a ticket , if any one try send ticket lately and got the answer please

think you need prem to send ticket
lol are u sure about that ??
ye usually you need to be a premium user to send ticket or if it isnt then if you dont have prem might not get the best or any service?
