    does any one know if it is 100% to make a howling rooster +4 i mean its really a +3 but it will visually say +4 i have little patience for search if already posted need some help from hopefully some one who has tried it not a friend of a friends aunts uncles cousins brothers sister told me it works...sry not willing to waste alot of money
