level 70/75/80/83 passion warrior skill

Does we need to unlock any of those with quest items? or all free?

they, like any other class skill, must be unlocked unless you unlock them for regular attack, ie if you are lvl 80 attack warrior and did quest for hell blade you would have the lvl 80 passion skill if you reskilled for it and vice versa. So the answer is yes, you will need to do the quest for all 3 if you havent done them already.

All of them have to be unlocked except for lvl 83 . If you are going passion and you dont have much money just worry about lvl 70 skill, It is the most useful.
