what are those nostrums for?

Back in Old KO/KE when you did the lvl 70 quest ( like for rogue ) it would just ask and take the following:

1 Magic Shield Scroll
1 Silver Bar
1 Fang of Bakirra
20 Cursed Bones
30 Blood of Glyphodonts
5 Abyss Wings
50 Tentacles

But in RoFD, it changes a little, you still use all the same items, but 3 of the 6 are formed into a stamp, and the other 3 are formed into a Nostrum, those two along with your lvl 62 skill scroll gives you the lvl 70 skill

i dont really get it what items i need for that dex stamp and that nostrum?

Like I said in my post before, the items are still the same:

1 Magic Shield Scroll
1 Silver Bar - Used in Stamp
1 Fang of Bakirra - Used in Stamp
20 Cursed Bones - Used in Stamp
30 Blood of Glyphodonts - Used in the Nonstrum
5 Abyss Wings - Used in the Nonstrum
50 Tentacles - Used in the Nonstrum

All you have to do is hand in the 3 items, get the stamp or nonstrum, hand in the other 3 to get the other. Hand those 2 in with MS scroll, and you have your lvl 70 skill avaliable. In KO/KE you just handed in all 7 items at once
