Level 83 warrior passion question

I have never play a warrior passion build before (just came back to KO after 5 years), so are both level 70 & 75 skill increase R attack speed? And what is the cooldown for Battle Cry and on Battle Cry downtime, we have to use noob attack.. I.sn't Hell Blade far better since it stronger than Cry Echo and no downtime. Can someone tell me why nearly all warrior go passion build? Thanks

I'm having problems about it too, but the diff between skills is: 300%+350 (attack)// 300%+200 (passion)
to use Passion skill(cry echo) you need to be buffed with Battle cry, which have 10 sec off time ( need confirm here )
the thing that makes Passion build good is the HP regens/attackspeed on "R" and the 70 skill (berserker) that gives 20% ATTACK POWER, not attackspeed, the skill info is wrong (from what I read), so Double wolf would be nice... I really need confirmation about all this, the highest level I got is 80,
Shockstun is a beast tho, if it procs its amazing! atm I'm 80atk 35def 5passion 20master, but at 83 im going 83passion 20master and rest on deff.
descend is a good ability, but I don't think I want it, at least for now...

With 70 skill active you will hit more as passion than with hellblade. More buttons to press, better damage less survivability cus u take increased damage aswell. HB if ur 80 Passion if ur 83. Nuff said

With hellblade i used to hit a rogue for 600-700.
With passion build (lvl 70 skill unlocked) I could hit a rogue for 950-1050
both are unbuffed.
PS: you receive more dmg
