lvl 60 dlvl--> able to go ardream when restat?

I just got my account back and see the my lvl 59 rogue is lvl'd to 60 and dlvl'd again. He's not mastered yet, so my question is: When i restat will i be able to go to ardream again?

Ya its possible i jumped my warrior to 73 then deleveled to 59 and it works after restat/reskill.
