Lvl 70 de lvl to 69 restat/reskill can enter rlb?

if im lvl 70, i de lvled to 69, then i would of restated and reskilled would i be able to enter rlb

i dident do the person quest, or lvl 70 skill i dident do any of those quest yet

it works when u delvl and restat/reskill from 60 to 59 without master. Assume it works also for 70-69. Try it and tell us

I just came back to KO, so I havent tried out RLB yet. Though I thought it was possible to delevel from 70 to 59 and bring personal weapon to Ardream. So I assume it is also possible in RLB..??

yea people have tried it.

if u havent done ps quest they u can de lvl and restat.

but if u HAVe done the quest then u cant..

if u want u can just delvl to 59 and use ur personal sword there.
