U need buy 3200kc leave ur old items in inhostes, items should be unsealed and then put on merchant

No you can't, and you don't need to buy 3200 kc to unseal it, there is easier and cheaper ways. Besides that the CS is down i think, so you can't unseal for the moment.

Well you can fill your inventory up till 1 spot then open your PUS, whilst you do this get a friend to loot some stuff untill your bag is full. Then buy something from the PUS and voila it isn't sent. Send a support ticket sexplain you didn't get your item that you wanted, it will be planted by a GM inside your bag

You can also delete an NT receipt as well if you NTed, via the official forums
