Mage or Priest

Ok so for a level 59 priest I have these 2 options:
Build 1:
x2 Old WE
x2 Old Diamond Rings
Old Warrior PendantvBuild 1:
x2 Old WE
x2 Old Diamond Rings
Old Warrior Pendant
Glass Belt
Dread Shield +7
Iron Impact +8
Fabric +8 STR Set

Could someone tell me whats stats I should put: 76 INT | ___ STR | ___ HP
Just need help with STR/HP

Build 2:
x2 OLD WE
x2 Foverin +0
Old Warrior Pendant
Skeleton Belt
Defender of the Lord +7
Iron Impact +8

I might be able to switch the Warrior Pendant for a +1 if I can get a price check on it cause, I will have around 3-4gb leftover.

Also need help with stats here.

Please state why the build is better and what makes it bet
And for Mage I can spend around 15gbs
So what gear should I get for the mage if I went Mage?

15 gbs probs not enough, but i can try gear it up.

ice preferably, coz its cheap.

crimson +7.
old ep. old ce and skele.
you could work your way from that, but thats just the basics
