Q Regarding effecs of Scream

Hey all. I know what the effect is and i have experienced what it does. Now i am not so sure what KO meant for this skill to do. Is scream meant to freeze the enemy to the point where they cant move and attack, or was it meant to just freeze the enemy in place. I have noticed that when i get screamed i cant move yet i can still attack. It is a quick question and wondering if someone can clear it up for me. Thanks.

For stunning, there is Shock Stun at lvl 80 (20 in master), after which, you can't attack nor move, nor pot at all
