whats the rate in making +4?
i see some +3 rings or something in merchant wanna make a +4 is it worth trying to make +4 or is the rate really slim? or is it more like normal upgrades only 100% to +3 then to +4 i kno it drops a little. but if it is, its totaly worth trying to make a +4 than sticking with +3.
anyone have a accurate guess? or if they know that answer?
Game doesn't allow +4 on uniquess, only 100% all teh waay from +0 to +3 only in compound accessory rate. Sorry to say.

the rate of success is harrd as fuck it likes upgrade from +8 to +9 i think
+4 is impossible to create and no one has reported one.
Not too sure if its impossible, but I do know that for a while at least, anyone that had a +4 unique got banned and the item was deleted.
Max is +5...but sure burn.... Unless they disabled it..
so +4 is banned able, and +5 is what? GM sold to you or event win.

Most of privates only go to +1 or +3 at best
yes because it was in one of the server they merged into, olympia has krowaz set rev+30 what makes you think he upgrade those?
im sure felankor ring +5's are somewhere in USKO prob in a few servers
Even if there was, there would be no way to sell it or buy those kind of uniques, lol.
most of such items (if not all) was tracked, deleted and accounts banned. Ofc im talking about uniqs 5, edited def items or over 21 rev. If you got proof of anything like that, sent it to me i will take care of it.
