    Hey so yea. tell me.

    atm im rolling on old secret silver ears, ROLS and old skebelt.. wonder if it is really like tht u cant wear IB under lvl 75 or just bug ? tell me^^

    Since you are talking about lvl requirement I assume you are playing EUKO. No, it's not a bug. Normal uniques cannot be used by ardream characters because they are for +60 however there are some exceptions like SSE (lvl requirement for +0 and +1 is less than 60). So those accesories you mentioned are pretty much best you can use for dcz priest in EUKO.
