Max Lvl for BDW and ED

nope , max lvl u can enter in a bdw is 77 , 78 and above u can't.

All true but an interesting thing about BDW is if you go from 39 and sign up and level to 40, you won't be able to join that BDW.

There is a certain groups of levels,from whom to whom levels u can enter , but dunno exactly
