Hey i have a question, i cant seem to find where i turn in the item. Got it from the PUS yesterday and there is not an option anywhere. Is it bugged or am i blind?
You put it on your skillbar and use it as you would a skill. Only the character that has the Mencia item in inventory can use the skill.
i haven't got the item yet, so i cant put it in the skillbar.
