72 to 69 to join RLB?

I got a lvl 72 priest with a PS +6 but I decided to go RLB again.

So is it possible for me to join RLB if I dlvl and throw my PS away and restat, reskill?

priests dont need uber high level to pk so you may as well lvl a bit and you can go ED /biff and pk a bit if you have nice party

if you persisnt on rlb just sell your char or trade it for 69 priest, best you can do

ya if you want to have rlb priest either sell that and get 69 or keep that and make 69 for rlb you cant delevel a character to get into a different pk zone. but like the other guy said you dont need to be a uber high lvl as priest in pk
