BDW after down lvl?

hey
has anyone ever tested if it is possible to join the low lvl bdw after you reached the max lvl but lvled down after?

i mean, could a mage lvl to 60, get the nova and lvl down to 57 and join the lvl50-57bdw and own there with nova?

im a lvl57 rouge and my gear isnt good enough for dcz yet (got ib+7 and questies :S).
i think beside the wallhacker bdw is fun and the red boxes help too since i just started :S thats why i was wondering if it would be possible to just lvl down after reaching 58 and still join the pre58 bdw? and if it is, is it like the dcz? do u need to reskill restat or would i be able to join with the new stats.....
