opinions about kekuri belt

why are kekuri belts not used at all... okey im not a noob and i know that weapon defences are really gg and stuff but i mean a kek belt +3 or something has this :

Resistance to Flame: 39

that cant be bad no? an increased dodging rate of 40%? thats massive against warriors no? since their damage is always +- the same so if they would miss a lot of their attacks...?

how does the dodging rate work?

edit: to add to the lower post, ya it used to be just a cheap belt with AC. for example when i came back to the game 1 year ago i barely had 50m, so i bought my bro an old kekuri belt for 3m, which added him pretty gg AC, so apart from that there is no real use for it.

Well before the days of old uniques it was a cheap belt that gave u good ac.

Now about the only thing it is good for is tanking towers. You can make a + 2 kek belt real cheap and have 36 FR for tanking towers. It's just one of those extra items that u use just sometimes.

yea as stated it used to be a pretty good belt for people in ardream back when ardream like first came out. cause it was high ac and the 30 fr was awesome for tanking towers. idk if everyone else had as much fun as me and my clan did but they were pretty good since we went into ob/hb every day XD.

but yea no its kinda useless cause old eb is like 20m more. and old skelly is like 95m more so kinda useless item now :P unless its like +2/3 and you want to tank tower.
