    anyone know if Cypher Ring is bugged ?
    because i see so many on merchant for low price, and i want to seal one of my characters .

    the one called "cypher ring" is bugged you have to buy the character seal scroll from pus

    is bug, the items is the character seal scroll, not "cyper ring"
