its safety depends on whom you're doing the trade with.
buying from gg and daily sellers would be the best , you will see how trusty that person is by looking on his signature ( and sometimes on his post count ) , how many trades he has done before nd stuff,
there are lots of trusty sellers here on ko4life , but there are also lots of scammers , so be careful.
EDIT : and oh i forgot to mention that when trading with gg sellers , they will 100% ask you to go first , which means , you send the money first to his Paypal account , then he gives you the items/gb's or whatever when he gets the money.
