Problem about buying exp prem!

hey guys!!!
i can't buy my exp prem from kayra!!!
I bought my exp prem voucher in power up store , received in a letter , accept the letter and it tells me to go see Kayra
i go see her , and there is no option that allow me to receive my exp prem!
wtf is that!!! XD
i try to go on Premium item use and it doesnt work , the information box just disappear and i have to restart again without any result!!!
can anyone help me about that plz?

u must spam it till u dont get prems what u want use.. its bugged.. nobody care for it. i want active my prem 2 days ago took me 2 hours..

yeah worked for me after about 30mins.

If your having problems, try to relog to server 2 if you have one on your server but otherwise i would say maybe a different computer? if not just keep trying.

Relogging worked for me on piana.

I had this problem before...
all you have to do is keep trying..

just go to vendor kayra and click "premium item use" until it work for u.
