Where is the NPC to take the quest that gives a rogue quest daggers?

Also, in case I've already done the quest and deleted the daggers, is it possible to do it again?

Eslant, and no, you can't "restore" it if you deleted the daggers..

I'm not talking about "Personal" daggers.
I mean the crappy, basic 80 ap (or something like that) you get during the early levels.

If you mean low lvl quests like "Eradicate Lard Orc" and "Eradicate Cardinal" which gives optional quest weapon as a reward, no they are not repeatable since they give also pretty good exp for the lvl you get those quests.

but for the lvl 70/80 quest daggers you need to go to eslant...and if you've done them tough luck.
