Does costomer support works? I found it in FAQ's but when i click on ""Customer support can be found by click here" nothing happens,it just goes on the first page :/
Any solution? I bought G1 instead of KC,i need to send them a ticket badly

if yes. just do login with your ID and password that you use to play the game.
in corner / up

click support, after choose the game , after choose account , check some answered question or open a ticket.
The new support system goes by mail. When you see the FAQ, you can see a tab contact us, in the right upper corner I believe. Your tickets can be submitted there.
