Question about quests at Eslant.

I've been told that after you do the Personal Weapon quest and finish it, you are not able to finish the other 70- quests at Eslant. (Such as Doom Soldier, Gargoyle..)
Is that possibru ? (EUKO.)

When I opened the 70 quest (not completing it) in USKO, I could not turn in the 69- quests. This appears not to be the case in EUKO, as I handed in my brahman quest (or something) when I had killed 3/4 quest mobs. So it looks like it is different here.
