Question about seal character

i was reading the pinned topic on this and im still a little confused. I just had 2 questions on this:
1. You can actually seal a character and sell it to someone????
2. What if all three slots are full of characters then what do you do???

Alright look ,
Yes u can seal a char and sell it on trade without anyproblem , this is all the idea of k2 .
You can trade your chars safety .
And if all your chars used on the accounts u want to open the cyper ring u got 2 options ,
1. Open new account and use the cyper ring there .
2. Buy another Cyper ring and get off one char from the account who has 3 chars on it .

Not often, as it adds like 70 bucks to the price of the character.
